I took a sick day today. The kids have been passing around some sort of cold-related illness for a week and yesterday evening it finally caught up to me, my wife, and our oldest son. All three of us slept as much as possible and generally took it easy all day.
There’s a lot that’s great about being a parent. However, for both parents to be sick at the same time, with a 10 month old in the house, is challenging. Here’s to hoping we’re both feeling a lot better tomorrow.
